2001
Design/Build
Completed as a design/build by our BDA/CMP team, this 1,600 sf lease space was located in an end bay of a Denver area shopping center. This allowed BDA to design naturally day lit spaces for the feline boarding, treatment room, waiting lobby, reception area, business nook and pharmacy, usually unheard of in leasehold space. The facility contains 2 exam rooms, 2 table treatment rooms open to lab/pharmacy/pack prep, imaging nook, surgery room, hospital ward, isolation area, glass-enclosed boarding suites, and utility area for laundry/lounge/food prep. A private doctors office and central storage room complete the layout.
